Supplies Needed

Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! From paints and markers to glue and scissors, our crafts section has everything to spark creativity and make every project truly special.

Steps

  • Step 1

    Cut paper towel roll in half.

  • Step 10

    Add details to rocket with markers.

  • Step 11

    Channel your inner astronaut by flying or displaying your colorful rocket ship!

  • Step 2

    Cover paper towel roll with paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.

  • Step 3

    Sketch and cut out construction paper windows and flames.

  • Step 4

    Sketch and cut out cardstock wings and half circle.

  • Step 5

    Wrap half circle into cone shape. Glue to secure.

  • Step 6

    Glue cone to top of paper towel roll.

  • Step 7

    Glue windows to front of paper towel roll.

  • Step 8

    Glue flames inside bottom of paper towel roll.

  • Step 9

    Gently fold and glue wings to sides of paper towel roll. Let all glue steps dry 1–2 hours.
