Popsicle Stick Monster

A scary good craft at home! Make a monster popsicle stick craft with Crayola supplies and items you already have on hand.

Supplies Needed

Gather all the supplies needed to bring your craft ideas to life! From paints and markers to glue and scissors, our crafts section has everything to spark creativity and make every project truly special.

Steps

  • Step 1

    Cover 5–7 popsicle sticks with paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.

  • Step 2

    Line up painted popsicle sticks side by side. Glue unpainted popsicle stick across the middle to hold sticks together and create base for monster arms.

  • Step 3

    Let glue dry 15–30 minutes, then flip sticks over.

  • Step 4

    Sketch and cut out construction paper mouth.

  • Step 5

    Draw teeth in mouth with markers. Glue to popsicle sticks.

  • Step 6

    Sketch and cut out cardstock body parts such as arms, horns, and tail. Glue to popsicle sticks.

  • Step 7

    Glue wiggle eyes to popsicle sticks. Let all glue steps dry 1–2 hours.

  • Step 8

    Create more creatures for a monster mash!
