    • It’s glow time! We have some tips to help you get the best results from Crayola Glow Fusion.

      1. The Glow Fusion technology is a marker-paper system. The paper and marker set combined work together to give your masterpieces up to four hours of glow time.
      2. Protect your work surfaces. Glow Fusion Markers are not washable.
      3. When the markers (activated or not) are not in use, cap and lay them flat in the marker tray to prevent leaking.
      4. For the brightest glow effect, use the markers promptly after activating.
      5. To activate the markers:
        • Bend the marker barrel at the star points to crack the glow capsules.
        • Shake the capped marker for 5 seconds.
        • Remove the cap and hold the marker tip down until it glows.
      6. Turn off the lights to see your art shine at its brightest!

    • If the lights and/or spinning features are not operating as expected, the following reset tips are often successful.

      1. Check to be sure the batteries are installed properly. Reactivate the unit by sliding the black on/off switch on the underside of the base. The "on" position is indicated by a straight line and may need to be reset by turning it off and back on twice.

      2. Remove the center drawing surface, which must be in place for the center lights to work, and firmly push it back into place.

      3. Check the red gear ring on the plastic dome to be sure it is flush against the lip. Place the lid on the base.

      4. Activate the light feature by moving the silver slider switch to the right. Activate the dome rotation by pressing the silver button. See product instructions for additional details.

      Additional tips:

      5. Glow Dome Markers are attached to the cardboard packing located at the bottom of the Glow Dome/Dome Light Designer box. Opening the box from the bottom should assist in locating the markers.

      6. Room lighting should be dimmed for the Glow Dome/Dome Light Designer lights to show up.

      7. The unit will turn off automatically after one hour and may require the above reset tips.
    • Every day we receive dozens of worthy requests that inspire and move us. We are overwhelmed by the number of people willing to share their personal stories with us in an effort to do great things in their communities and across our country. We wish we could help everyone support the causes that are close to their hearts. Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, it isn’t possible for us to donate to everyone, so we had to come up with some guidelines.

Crayola's community relations program makes direct charitable contributions to non-profit organizations in our manufacturing areas of Lehigh and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania, and Warren County in New Jersey. If your organization meets these geographic requirements, please visit
Crayolacares.comto submit a donation request. Due to the heavy volume of requests, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a response.

To assist qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or schools located outside our manufacturing area, we coordinate our efforts through Good360, the world’s leading charity in product philanthropy, Kids in Need Foundation, and the National Association for the Exchange of Industrial Resources (NAEIR). Please contact them directly to receive additional information about their eligibility criteria and Crayola product availability.

As an alternative, small packages of Crayola Crayons may be purchased for promotional purposes or to be given as donations from any of the following suppliers:

    • Our experts have a few tips to help your creativity bloom with the Crayola Paper Flower Science Kit.

      For Best Results:

      • Protect clothing & work surface before starting.
      • Wipe water and ink spills immediately.

      Cleaning Tips:

      • Rinse and dry all pots, covers, funnels and watering can.
      • Recap ink bottles and markers.
      • Wipe away any spills from work surfaces.

      Looking for refills?

      • Need another bouquet? White coffee filters – they are the perfect alternative to paper petals because they mimic the wicking process of the ink into the paper.
      • Have left over ink? To make your creativity bloom again, rinse the used cores and tips under running water to clean up as much of the ink as possible. Just be sure to wipe up any ink right away and let the cores and tips dry thoroughly. We’ve found this craft hack works best when the ink is fresh and hasn’t had too much time to set.

    • Our experts recommend the following tips for best results.

      • For easy clean-up, be sure to protect clothing & work surface.
      • Accidents happen! Wipe up water or ink spills as soon as possible.
      • Be prepared! Have water, paper towels, a small baking sheet & baking parchment paper before starting. Do not substitute wax paper for parchment paper.
      • The paper can air-dry, or an adult can place it into an oven to dry as stated in the instructions.
      • Be patient! When air-drying the paper, allow it to dry overnight before removing it from the screen.
      • The creative possibilities are endless! Use the finished paper sheets as stationery or fold in half to make cards. Trim edges for a cleaner look or leave “natural”.
      • We recommend the following Crayola products to add your creative touch to the paper:
        • Regular or Washable Crayons
        • Regular, Pip-Squeaks, or Ultra-Clean Washable Markers
        • Washable Paint or Watercolors*
        • Glitter Glue*
        • Glitter Dots*

*Allow additional time for product to dry

      Looking for Refills?

      • Need more paper pulp?
        • Shredded, unused, plain toilet paper works best, as it has the texture most like the pulp that is included with this kit.
        • Be creative! Experiment using paper pulp, paper mache, printer paper, notebook paper or paper towels. You’ll need to shred, wet, press and dry the paper. With help from an adult, try using a blender to make the wetted shreds into a finer pulp to create your own custom paper.
        • Paper pulp and paper mache can be purchased at Amazon.com and craft stores.
        • Not all paper is created alike! Construction Paper is too thick and not recommended.
      • Ran out of ink? Use small amounts of Crayola Washable Kids’ Paint* until you get the color you want

*We do not recommend using any Crayola art materials, wet or dry, near an open flame, in an oven, microwave or kiln unless indicated with specific product instructions and adult supervision, such as with the Crayola Paper Maker.
